THE PUBLIC SERVICE PENSION FUND

Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) USSD app is an application built to help improve integration between PSPF and its members for both active members and pensioners.
For Active members the USSD application allows:
• active members to view his/ her social security number.
• active members to view a summary of contributions.
• -active members to view types of loans.
• active members to raise a complaint and make a suggestion as well as rate the company services. Etc.
For non-active members (Pensioners) the USSD application allows:
• pensioners to view his/ her social security number.
• pensioners to check a file status.
• pensioner to view most recent pensions. etc.

PHOENIX ASSURANCE

We have worked with Phoenix Assurance to ensure that clients of Phoenix Assurance receive notifications via text messages to notify them on any balances they owe Phoenix Assurance or if they are any changes or announcements Phoenix Assurance wants to make to its customers, Phoenix Assurances Oracle database is fully integrated to our messaging system.

BLACK HILL SCHOOL

Black Hill School is a well known private school with over 500 pupils, as Chesco Tech, we have automated the results system of Black hill School to text messages, parents and gurdians of the pupils receive automated text messages of the results via text message. Our text message system has also made it easy for Black Hill School to get in touch with parents to the pupils.
